  • Total compensation between base hourly rate and quarterly bonuses ranges between $19 and $23 per hour, based on experience
  • $1,500 Hiring Bonus: $250 on your 1st paycheck, $500 after 6 months, and $750 after 1 year of employment

Your Day-to-day Will Include…

Prepare vacant apartments for our next resident, which may include painting and general repairs; respond and resolve work orders; and support the day-to-day operations under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager. This will include snow removal as needed.

You’ll work full-time, Monday through Friday. Your start and end times will be determined based on your needs and the needs of the community. You will take turns responding to on-call emergencies with your co-workers. Each on-call rotation earns a weekly on-call stipend paid directly to you even if you’re not called to the property.

Specifically, our next Maintenance Technician:

• Lives within a 10-mile radius of Holiday Gardens Apartments located in Lakewood. The nearest major cross streets are 13^th and Pierce St in Lakewood.
• Brings basic apartment, home, facilities, hospitals, hotel, retail or commercial real estate maintenance skills
• Has their own tools including a small cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, spring-loaded plyers, utility knife, channel locks, hacksaw, caulk gun, hammer, and tape measure
• Candidates are required to provide proof of a valid Driver’s License in good standing, have auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for consideration of hire.
