Hudl is Hiring a Content Producer Near Boston, MA

We’re looking for a Content Producer to join our growing brand content team. This role will focus on writing and producing content to help achieve market growth and customer retention across all sports at the high school and amateur club levels in the U.S.

Their work will support multiple teams across the company, including marketing, customer support and customer success, with an overall purpose of connecting with current and future customers. It’ll be their responsibility to collaborate and create deliverables (think: email campaigns, social media posts, landing page copy, content series, webinar content, clinic presentations, etc.) designed to train, engage and retain our users across multiple sports and competition levels. The ideal candidate will be invested in the success of all of our teams and want to help them succeed. When our teams win, you feel like you’ve won.

Hudl has a flexible location policy. We'll leave it up to you to decide where you want to work: our Lincoln HQ, our Omaha office or remotely within the U.S. This role is not open to remote employees in the the following states: Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, DC, Hawaii, Maine, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island and Vermont. #LI=Remote

You are

  • Invested in Hudl’s growth. You understand the value Hudl brings to our users and can explain the why as easily as the what and how.
  • Passionate about communication. With your strong writing chops, you can easily craft compelling written and audio content to ensure our users get the most value out of our products.
  • Organized. You’re excellent at prioritizing and breaking down complex challenges into manageable steps, even if it’s something you’ve never done before.
  • Concise. You have excellent writing and communication skills—you’re clear without being too wordy.
  • A team player. You can partner with other creatives (think video and graphic design) to bring the full vision of a project to life.

You will

  • Collaborate. Your content isn’t produced in a silo. You’ll work with content strategists, marketing managers and other creatives to understand the project objective and bring the work to life.
  • Own projects. You’ll be responsible for every step of the writing process, from ideation to delivery, while always keeping the overall purpose (i.e., our users) in mind.
  • Literally produce content. You’ll create work that supports the entire customer lifecycle, including marketing campaigns, product education and customer success (e.g., onboarding, engagement, renewal).
  • Advocate for our users. You’ll have a strong pulse on the needs of our users—positively impacting their experience and finding unique content opportunities to guide them toward success is your number one priority.

We will

  • Celebrate work at Hudl retreats. We like to gather our Hudlies from around the world to showcase achievements and strategize for the future.
  • Treat you like an adult. We’re all about a healthy work-life balance. We’ll give you unlimited vacation time and have company-wide timeout days (no meetings allowed).
  • Provide career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
  • Supply you with tools for success. We've invested in our office spaces, designing them with our employees in mind. You’ll have the enriching, flexible environment and powerful hardware you need to do your job well.
  • Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
  • Cover your medical insurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you’ll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want.
  • Contribute to your 401(K). Yep, that’s free money. We’ll match up to 4% of your own contribution.
