Position Overview:

Housing Hub is seeking a Finance Intern to join our team! This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in finance within the property management and real estate industry. The Finance Intern will work closely with our finance department, assisting with various tasks including bill pay, QuickBooks processes, filing, data analysis, and providing support for day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process bill payments accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with QuickBooks processes, including data entry and reconciliation
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents
• Conduct data analysis to support financial decision-making
• Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective financial operations

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree program in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
