Position Summary:
The Hub Financial Services Creative Design Manager (HFS CDM) plays a vital and dynamic role on the HFS team, reporting directly to the President of HFS. Our HFS CDM has the unique opportunity to wear a couple of important hats. The primary hat is being our go-to for all creative development. Key theme being…make us look good. That includes designing PowerPoint presentations, client and intercompany materials, brochures, marketing materials….and whatever else comes up.
Other hats include supporting the Sales Team and providing marketing and logistic support around growing our business. Additionally, this individual will work directly with the President and Management Team on a variety of tasks and projects, including coordinating employee engagement activities with Human Resources.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Creative Development
Design and create professional presentation materials in PowerPoint and Word.
Design and create professional sales and marketing materials including product sell sheets, brochures, and digital marketing campaigns.
Design and create product and service support forms and materials.
Assist with divisional web site design and content copy.
Maintaining the company’s brand aesthetics, internally and externally by creating a consistent look and feel across all materials.
Sales Team Support
Act as the main point of contact for HFS Sales Team and assist in new business development and general support.
Be proficient with and support applicable HUB sales tools and applications.
Provide support in completing RFPs and creating proposals for new business opportunities.
Assist with the development and maintaining of prospect and active client lists.
Design and coordinate digital marketing campaigns.
Plan and execute all steps of HUB participation at industry conferences.
Coordinate all marketing print through third party vendors.
Track new and lost business.
Consistent Communication with our clients to control our narrative.
Administrative & Employee Engagement
Maintain HFS internal SharePoint site.
Act as primary coordinator for HFS holiday activities, including selecting and ordering employee holiday gifts and planning activities.
Work with President and Sales Team in coordinating client holiday gifts.
Maintaining corporate Org chart and staff list.
Travel:
Travel is not a requirement, but the HFS CDM would have the opportunity to attend periodic corporate CDM conferences.
Desired Skills & Experience:
2–3 years of experience in a role where you created professional presentations and/or marketing materials.
Someone that has the unique creative ability to make things look awesome!
Ability to create professional and dynamic materials.
Highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
Proficient with Adobe InDesign or similar development software.
Self-starter and the ability to work with limited oversite. Someone that likes to take a project and run with it.
Marketing solutions mentality.
Deadline driven and organized.
Creative critical thinker and problem solver, breaking complex issues into simple solutions.
Exceptional communicator with customers, sales teams, and technical resources.
Highly organized master of multi-tasking with an inherent sense of urgency.
