What is this opportunity about? It is a full-time position with day-to-day duties that include being responsible for supporting the Company with various human resources administrative needs and working as a trusted agent for our Company. The HR Administrator will support the HRx team and client partners on HR-related issues while the position is remote and must be located in Colorado for occasional meetings/travel.  

What are the essential Duties and Major Responsibilities

  • The HR Administrator is an administrative professional who handles the daily administrative duties.
  • Support HR administrative tasks from onboarding, recruitment, record maintenance, payroll administrative support, filing, and HR audits, and provide support to internal and external partners.
  • Create, review, or edit employee handbooks, job descriptions, processes, policies, procedures, and other employee-related content.
  • Back up Recruiter in job postings and sourcing tasks using tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews and hiring tasks.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to employee activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes in various meetings.
  • Maintains HR data in various HR technology tools and systems for client partners and HRx as needed.
  • Maintains accurate and detailed client partner records in the customer relationship management system.
  • Create basic reports, processes, and workflows and maintain data as requested for leadership.
  • Assist in research projects on compensation, compliance, and client partner-specific projects.
  • Supports miscellaneous projects, client partner engagement opportunities, and events, as requested.
  • Participate in training activities, complete training requirements, and deliver content and information to other team members when directed.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.

Wage$18 - $24, Depending on Experience, Education, and prior skills.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
  • aPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP certification within one year of employment is desired

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • At least 6 months of human resources experience in one of the following areas is preferred: assistant, coordinator, staffing, benefits, or payroll experience in an office setting.
  • At least 6 months of administrative support experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and assisting a high-performing team.

Do you have these special skills?

  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly desired
  • Office skills include strong typing/keyboarding and using basic office machines.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS (ADP, Paycom, Paylocity), Payroll, Benefits Administration, or ATS technology tools.
  • Beginner knowledge of labor and employment laws.
  • Knowledge of basic principles in human resources is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proficient skills with Google and Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, outlook) is required.
  • General computer technical understanding and troubleshooting are helpful.

Independence of Action

  • Work is closely monitored by the HRx Leadership team; detailed instructions and procedures are generally provided.

Remote/virtual role after the training period.  The company provides a computer and virtual phone, but no other assistance.  Applicants must have their own reliable internet; hours of the position are somewhat flexible between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday.  Training is in-person in Greeley office.
