Exciting News! Beloved Health & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse Professional to join our team as the Director of Nursing. Our current Director of Nursing is being promoted to the Administrator position, and we want someone who shares our values and is committed to providing excellent care to our residents. We offer competitive compensation, with a starting salary of $120k and a lucrative bonus structure that grows with the census and your professional performance. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department, which includes selection and hiring, evaluation, disciplinary action, and training. You will also monitor nursing care and services provided on all shifts, oversee the resident assessment process, and coordinate nursing activities for all shifts. Additionally, you will consult with the Admissions or Administrator on admission, room assignments, and discharge of residents, and assist in developing nursing budgets and clinical needs.
The ideal candidate should have a current registration as a Registered Nurse in good standing with Missouri, a minimum of two years of experience in the healthcare field, and at least one year of supervisory or management experience in the healthcare field. Possessing leadership skills and strong written and verbal communication skills is important.
