We are seeking an Office Coordinator II that supports the Plant Manager and Department Managers by performing a variety of administrative duties. Some of which include; processing payroll, processing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing subcontractors and customers, and assisting in inventory counts. This position is also responsible for compiling and distributing monthly reports.

Job Duties 

  • Handling Human Resources functions including verifying weekly timecards and entering into ERP system, checking weekly payroll register for correctness; coordinating with corporate payroll and HR, processing new hire paperwork, benefits, payroll and fielding basic HR questions
  • Processing accounts payable invoices; Preparing invoices for subcontractor payments and maintaining records; Generating and entering sales orders into ERP system
  • Preparing and distributing monthly reports
  • Purchasing and ensuring proper level of supplies are kept on hand at plant; Maintaining office supplies
  • Processes accounts receivable, including leases, rentals, and raw materials

 Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • The Office Coordinator II requires two (2) – four (4) years of hands-on administrative support experience in a manufacturing office environment.
  • Requires computer operation skills including, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Requires strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and individual environment
  • Requires analytical skills and the ability to assemble data
  • Requires time management and organization skills with accurate and precise attention to detail
