HRT Solutions is Hiring a Client Services Specialist Near Columbus, OH
The Client Services Specialist will maintain relationships with vendors and customers to meet the workflow needs for Middlestreet Graphics & Display. The Client Services Specialist will oversee all Order Processing activities such as, Estimating, Preparing Sales Order Forms, Creating Job Tickets, Order Tracking, Providing Shipping Details/Tracking. Provides feedback and order updates for both G&J Pepsi Bottlers Inc. departments and external customers. This person approves invoicing for assigned internal and external customers. Works with vendors to assure on time delivery of products. Provides oversight on projects that are sourced externally.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS STATEMENT(S)
· Updates & maintains MIS system with customer information
· Provides estimating for new order requests
· Prepares sales order forms for marketing programs
· Generates sales orders
· Provides feedback to internal/external customers regarding order status.
· Provides detailed tracking information for all jobs that are shipped

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
Associate's Degree (two-year college or technical school): or Work Equivalent
Experience:
2 plus years of experience in Business to Business Customer Service
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint)
Experience with Management Information Systems is a plus
Other Requirements:
Knowledge of the Printing/Packaging Industry is a plus
Graphic Design knowledge is a plus
