HRPivot is Hiring a Sales Coordinator Near Vernon, CA

As a sales coordinator you will partner with our wholesale and corporate sales teams to provide ongoing B2B maintenance, asset creation, and trade show planning assistance. You will play an integral role in helping support the growth and success of the wholesale and corporate sales teams. You will oversee the planning process to ensure trade shows run smoothly from beginning to end. You will own the coordination and execution of show schedules and logistics and approach each event with sharp attention to detail.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • · Provide general administrative support to the Retail sales team as needed.
  • · Tracking SMS submission from initial concept visual through to production.
  • · Working in tandem with production, design, shipping and customer service to ensure samples are made available to sales team, showroom, and tradeshows.
  • · Maintain sample lines.
  • · Assist marketing/design department with pulls for stylists/photo shoots.
  • · Manage photos shoots including but not limited to styling, budgets, shoot locations, mood board creation, and bookings
  • · Maintain assets management to support wholesale and B2B.
  • · Assist with digital marketing campaigns.
  • · Coordinate show travel for salespeople and executives
  • · Order and maintain supplies for showroom.
  • · Keep showroom in order and looking presentable.
  • · Enter new styles onto B2B platform.
  • · Merchandise styles on B2B platform
  • · Project manage upgrades associated with all B2B platforms needed to support sales team
  • · Assist with data entry and retrieval on B2B.
  • · Provide attention to detail in every aspect of your role.
  • · Manage trade show logistics including timelines, applications, shipments, and travel planning.
  • · Manage booths for trade shows including but not limited to upgrades, new builds, and rentals
  • · Attend and represent Spirit Jersey® at various apparel trade shows. Travel required and not limited to Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Dallas, and Las Vegas. (Weekends required)
  • · Coordinate booth locations, shipping logistics, set-up, break-down, and temporary workers
  • · Own application process and other documentation for major events.
  • · Assist with event recaps and metrics to determine event success and learnings.
  • · Respond to ad-hoc requests for information from internal and external stakeholders.
  • · Maintain internal/external relationships by responding to all requests & communication on an expedited timely manner.
  • · Collaborate with production, design, shipping, and customer service to track the time and action dates and deliver on key dates needed to hit delivery.
  • · Maintains strong communication with cross-functional teams strictly according to corporate process & systems, which may change & evolve.
  • · Keen understanding of brand ethos, product, assortments and positioning

Competencies:

  • · 2 years’ experience in merchandising or related field
  • · Ability to spot errors, identify queries and assist with problem solving.
  • · Ability to prioritize workflow and meet strict deadlines.
  • · Understanding of web-based applications
  • · Able to handle a fast pace working environment.
  • · Positive self-starter attitude and feels there is no task too small and no task too large.
  • · Works well in a team environment with a helpful and friendly demeanor
  • · Must be willing to learn and acquire the skills necessary for the job.
  • · Extreme attention to detail and desire to be a part of a fast-paced team.
  • · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • · Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, with A2000 and FileMaker preferred
  • · Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Physical demands: The physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and driving.

Travel: As required, currently projected at 10%
