The Opportunity
The role of the Talent Acquisition Manager is an exciting opportunity for a resourceful talent strategist who will advise and work collaboratively to develop and execute effective recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies across multiple locations throughout the United States. You will be an innovative leader who has the autonomy to implement creative strategies that will attract and retain top-quality talent in today s competitive hiring environment.
The Role
Along with conducting direct recruitment of exempt positions, the Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a team of two talent acquisition specialists and will develop and execute industry-leading talent acquisition strategies.
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- At least five years of experience in full cycle recruiting and developing comprehensive recruiting strategies; must have 2-3 years of recruiting for technical and senior-level managerial roles.
- Experience leading a team of talent acquisition specialists.
- A Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Experience leading talent acquisition functions of a large (1,000 ) company.
- Extensive experience using a variety of recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, Jobvite, really, and experience leveraging applicant tracking technology.
- Current knowledge of State and Federal employment law; a strong HR Generalist background.
- Success implementing effective diversity recruitment strategies.
- Excellent internal customer service, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven track record of continuous process improvement, positive leadership, strong planning, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- An HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Travel to national offices on a quarterly basis and to various technical college job fairs is required; a valid driver s license is required.
- This position can be hybrid, in-office and remote.
