The Case Manager is responsible for enhancing the quality of patient management and satisfaction, promote continuity of care and cost effectiveness through the functions of case management, utilization review and management. Maintaining current knowledge of insurance medical policies to ensure providers remain in compliance with state, federal and company based regulations and policies. Ensure that patient procedures are appropriate, necessary, carried out within the established timeframe and are not exceeding insurance limits.
