Warehouse operations associate, swing shift

Shift

· Work week is Tuesday-Saturday

· Work hours

o Tuesday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

o Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

· Contribute in a team environment to ensure customer orders are met on time and in full

. Utilize WMS system efficiently

· Process outgoing pick tickets and coordinate within a team to ensure accurate deliveries

· Load and unload flatbed and van trucks using forklift

· Analyze inventory and look for improvement opportunities

· Communicate effectively with sales and customer service

· Execute cycle counts and inventory adjustments

· Maximize warehouse efficiencies through process improvement

· General housekeeping of warehouse

· Completing additional duties as necessary

Qualifications:

· 2-5 years’ operating in a warehouse/distribution environment

· 2-5 years forklift experience

· 1-2 years’ experience with a warehouse management system

· Demonstrated experience of analytical capabilities

· Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

· Able to regularly lift objects 10-50 lbs.

· Be able to frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

· Most of day is spent either outside or in a warehouse

· Some weekends required
