What You'll Do:

As the Store Manager you will manage the entire retail operation of a store, ensuring policies and store goals are attained. You will also lead, mentor, and grow employees and volunteers to ensure you and your team are driving results.

Your Accountabilities in the Role:

  • Leads and manages the entire retail operation to ensure the operation performs efficiently and effectively in regards to sales contracts, customer and sales support, payment accuracy, best practices, inventory management and add-on sales growth.
  • Leads, develops, engages, and mentors the team to consistently drive the business forward and ensure the organizational goals are met.
  • Manages, monitors and analyzes the client feedback for the business in a timely manner to continuously enhance the operations and ensure goals are achieved.
  • Communicates and collaborates with other business associates for support, delegation, and to identify ways to streamline processes, resolve customer issues, and obtain business goals.
  • Maintains a clean and organized store for ease of operation.

Position Requirements:

  • Education: BS or AS degree preferred; will consider a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 3 years of high-end fashion retail industry experience, management, and Customer Service experience.
  • Certifications: NA
  • Functional Skills: Strong business, financial acumen, retail sales, customer and sales generation, and inventory management/operations skills.
  • Technology Skills: Intermediate PC skills, with the ability learn technology systems.
  • Communication Skills: Solid skillset in verbal and written communication skills. Able to train others.
  • Leadership/ Behaviors: Excellent customer focus, leadership skills, high integrity with a humble leadership style; results and goal-oriented to lead and drive best practices forward. Requires a person with excellent customer-focus, who is also accountable, reliable, collaborative, flexible, and strives for excellence.
  • Culture Match: Able to do what is right for the customers, team members, and the organization.

Other Important Information:

Pay/Salary: Pay is flexible based on experience.

  • And, the compensation will grow as the team member grows!

Reports To: Director

Core Hours: 9:30 - 6:00 pm

Typical Work Week: Tuesday to Saturday; 30 hours a week on average

Direct Reports: Approximately 4 Assistant Managers and other Volunteer Employees

Travel: NA

COVID Protocol: No Special Protocol; Individuals can wear masks if desired
