We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You will be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with, potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. This is an in-office position.
Benefits:
Flexible hours: 9 am-5; pm or 12pm-8pm

We provide you with proven sales scripts
Compensation: For the first 90 days you will be paid a 3,000 dollar salary plus a 5% commission on sales. After 90 days your salary will increase to 4,000 dollars plus a 5% commisson on sales.
Responsibilities
Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales by key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in pipeline so agents can provide an efficent sales process
Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
Turn prospective clients into real estate leads by continously folling up via phone and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
Must set 3 appointments a day or 15 a week
Qualifications
Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
Must possess a Tennessee real estate license
Telemarketing experience is required
2 years of real estate sales experience

$53,000 salary commission
