HP is Hiring a Program Manager Near Alpharetta, GA
We are looking for a Program Manager that can proactively align Device Recovery Services (DRS) to HP pipeline to maximize services revenue. Strong focus on client sustainability goals and Circular Economy methodology through the application of industry standard ITAD principals.
Job Description : The Program Manager ? will oversee activity, qualify, develop opportunities and track through the pipeline. Focused on managing and expanding a targeted group of customers, where HP has a commanding HW presence. Manage and implement strategic account plans focused on attaining enterprise-wide deployments of IT services and solutions. Develop relationships with sales executives and customers (including buyers and influencers). Coordinate with appropriate internal groups to generate strategic account plans to increase, cross sell and drive net retention and expansion. Negotiate terms of business with clients to achieve results that foster strong relationships and improve overall account P&L. Grow DRS revenue, services attach rate and exposure with the requisite ITAD and sustainability experience as the foundation.
Guided by long- term retention and profitability objectives, this role will optimize new and existing client relationships. Will expand business engagements to ensure continuous partnerships and repeat revenue. Expand capabilities, educate and train sellers adding to HP's culture and performance.
Work Experience or Related Experience:
- 10 years of account management leading strategic and operational sales and account management initiatives.
- Experience in ITAD and/or Sustainability initiatives a must have
- Sales management experience preferred.
Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- An awareness of trends and developments with environmental and circular economy initiative's and the ability to present and communicate.
- The ability to apply strategic and critical thinking skills to solve complex problems and plan for future needs.
- An expert knowledge of commonly used concepts and practices and the aptitude to develop a comprehensive account management strategy aligned with long-term objectives
- Excellent leadership skills are essential as is the ability to accomplish goals through others. A collaborative approach to organizational management is essential
- Ability to resolve complex process issues, analysis to execution. Expertise in implementing account management initiatives with capacity to streamline programs and initiatives.
- Excellent negotiating, leadership, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are required to perform the functions as described. Incumbents must have the ability to navigate political arenas with ease as well as influence, persuade and negotiate with others while professionally representing the organization.

In accordance with Colorado statute, the estimated range of compensation for this job in that location , at the time of this posting, is $ 148,000- $182,000 This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.
