Hoxton Circle is Hiring an Accounts Payable Coordinator Near Los Angeles, CA
We're partnering with a Global Talent Representation Agency in Beverly Hills in their search for an Account Payable Coordinator!
You will be expected to be in-office 2 to 3 days per week - you'll report to an AP Manager and work with an AP Lead and an AP Clerk.
You'll ideally have about 4 years of AP experience setting up vendors, coding and inputting high volumes of invoices (150 /-), and responding to inquiries. You must be detail-oriented with strong Excel skills (Vlookups/Pivot Tables).
