Responsibilities:Set up and operate manual machining equipment to produce precision tools and dies.Perform equipment troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues efficiently.Repair and maintain existing tools, dies, and molds to ensure optimal performance.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to create accurate components.Utilize manual grinders to achieve precise finishes on machined parts.
Qualifications:Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker or similar role.Strong manual machining skills with a focus on precision and detail.Expertise in tool, die, and mold repair and setup.Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation.Experience operating manual grinders and other machining equipment.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
