Howard Memorial Hospital is on the search for a Director of Patient Financial Services department. In this position, it is required of the director to plan, organize and coordinate all activities within the office. Must be able to analyze financial data, prepare monthly and annual reports, as well as provide supervision of the Business office staff (Billing/Collections), Cashiers, Central Scheduling, door greeters, as well as ER Patient Access staff. Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance or related field
• 5 years hospital experience
• Experience in Supervising
• US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Must possess leadership skills
• Must be able to manage, as well as promote teamwork and posses great interpersonal skills.
