How To MANAGE A Small Law Firm is Hiring a Sales Representative Near Miami, FL

We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team!

At How To Manage A Small Law Firm, we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified Sales Coordinator to find and screen potential members who can benefit from our products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal Sales Coordinators have a strong understanding of the sales process, call new inbound leads quickly with diligent follow-up, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our offerings and benefits in a compelling way. Every potential new member is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, member acquisition levels, and profitability.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the phone, email and social channels to generate new sales opportunities from our inbound marketing leads
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) new members and sales executives
  • Report to Director of Acquisitions with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Proficiency with CRM software
  • Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotes

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets; b2b experience and familiarity with drip campaigns strongly preferred

Travel:

Occasional travel may be required for quarterly conference participation

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are to be determined in conjunction with supervisor. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Compensation goals

The On Target Earnings for this role are approximately $60,000/year between base and commission. We are a rapidly growing company. This role has the opportunity to grow with us and move into a Sales/Closer role. We want someone who's ambitions are BIG, just like ours are! Are you up for the challenge?
