Bookkeeping That Doesn't Suck is the name of what we do and we are looking for someone (who also doesn't suck) to join our team as the Manager of Bookkeeping Client Services under the HTM umbrella. We have high standards of success and need someone who can bring ambition, vision, experience, and people skills. Your role will be to effectively manage a team of accountants, promote and keep up with our rapid business growth, and provide exceptional bookkeeping services to our clients.

Bookkeeping that Doesn't Suck, LLC., provides bookkeeping and trust accounting services to small law firms in the United States and Canada. As the Manager of Bookkeeping Client Services, you will be responsible for the operations, financial management, sales process, team management, business development, and general oversight of BTDS, LLC., under the How To Manage a Small Law Firm umbrella.
As the Manager of Bookkeeping Client Services, it will be your job to lead this team. You will be the primary guide for our Accountants and and will help them navigate our curriculum, to understand our culture and the quintessence representation each of our members is our companySig. More specifically, it will be your job to use our methods combined with your own life-experience, creativity and intelligence to understand and help your team and each of our clients reach the next stage of their law firm’s growth.
