Housing Authority of Lancaster is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Lancaster, KY
This is an entry-level maintenance position and workers are expected to assist in the the performance of semi-routine and diversified duties in connection with repairs to and maintenance of buildings and grounds. Knowledge of carpentry, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, painting, care and maintenance of VCT floors and mechanical equipment is required. Carrying out a full set of maintenance duties may involve working under hazardous or adverse conditions such as sleet, snow, heat, cold, dust and dirt. Heavy lifting may be necessary at times. Position requires high school diploma or GED and a valid Kentucky driver’s license and clean driving record.

* Applicants are preferred to have had at least 3 years experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
