Outreach Specialist
A full time position exists to work directly with homeless individuals across the Cape.
The primary role of the Outreach Specialist is to provide referrals and coordination services to increase support and follow-through with individuals who are currently experiencing housing instability. This is a collaborative role that will work directly with individuals and support agencies to stabilize crisis situations and secure housing. This position meets directly with homeless clients, completes a needs assessment, and assists the individual with completing referrals to needed services.
A successful candidate will have experience working in the human services field working directly with clients and have a dedication to assisting individuals who are experiencing homelessness.
The Outreach Specialist will work under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Individual Services.
**Sign-on bonus of up to $1,000**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
