Busy, Private family is looking to hire a Playful, Loving, Experienced Nanny for their home in Manhasset, NY
The Ideal Candidate: Someone who is playful, fun, kind, and reliable to help mom with her 4 busy, active kids (Ages 8 (G), 6 (G), 3 (B) & 1 (B) years old). Mom is a stay-at-home mom who is in and out of the house during the day and needs someone to work seamlessly with her to "divide and conquer," especially in the afternoons when all the kids are home, mom has carpool duty for the older kids with sports/after-school activities, etc. The older girls are in school all day until about 2:30 pm, their 3-year-old boy is in school part-time, M/W/F until 2:30 pm and the youngest boy (1 year) is home all day and will be the primary responsibility most of the day. Mom would also love someone to help out with light housekeeping/tidying, organizing, keeping the children's areas and kitchen clean, preparing snacks for the kids when they get home from school, preparing/cooking meals for the kids, getting their lunch boxes cleaned out from the day and ready for the next day, some homework assistance if needed, driving to/from activities and/or taking the little ones to the playground, outside in the afternoon, etc. Anything that helps this busy house run smoothly and helps mom get some things off her plate is ideal. And flexibility is key! Also. someone willing to stay late some evenings for either a work event or a date night would be a great fit! And an occasional overnight stay would be a plus too!
What Works Best for Family: Someone who is loving and playful. Someone who can be firm but kind and someone who the kids really respond to. A Nanny who is experienced with toddlers is the best fit. Someone who is sweet, calm, warm, and active to keep up with the energy of the kids and who will help mom to "divide and conquer" will thrive in the role for years to come! This family is looking for a Nanny who will remain with them for many years, grow with the family, and become a real extension of the family.

Position Responsibilities:
- Childcare: 04 Children, Ages 1 (B), 3 (B), 6 (G), & 8 (G) years old
- Housekeeping: Light Housekeeping Required
- Cooking: Children's Meals Only
- Laundry: No Laundry Required
- Errands: No Errands Required
- Driving: Required
- Travel: Family would love someone open to traveling with them occasionally if needed

- Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
