Household Staffing is Hiring a Nanny Near ARLINGTON, VA
The nanny will be responsible for the care of the kids, light housework related to them, and school pickups. The hours are from 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with occasional babysitting and be comfortable around pets (they have 2 small dogs).
Mom and dad value a nanny who is loving, fun, patient, happy, energetic, organized, proactive and independent. Must prioritizes the safety of the kids while keeping them active and engaged. Must be reliable.
The responsibilities of a nanny for three children typically include:
- Providing care for the children, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and playing with them
- Doing light housework related to the children, such as laundry, preparing meals and snacks, tidying up their areas and toys
- Assisting with school pickups and drop-offs as needed
- Keeping the children safe and engaged in age-appropriate activities
- Helping with any additional tasks related to the children, as instructed by the parents
- Being proactive and independent, but also able to follow the parents' guidelines and routines for the children
- Maintaining a positive and nurturing environment for the children.
Position Requirements
- Work Hours: M-Fri 8AM to 6PM
- Experience: Experience working a similar role
- References: Minimum of 2 References
- Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
Position Compensation
- Salary: $28 to $32 - DOE
