Private family looking to hire a Nanny/Housekeeper for a Full-time live-in position Split between Wellington, FL and Michigan.

Job Listing: Live-In Nanny/Housekeeper

Location: Split between Wellington, FL and Michigan

Schedule:

• Florida Schedule: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 3 PM - 6 PM & Saturday and Sunday: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Michigan Schedule: 3 days on, 4 days off, and 4 days on, 3 days off (8 AM - 5 PM)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety, happiness, and engagement of the family's two daughters ages 7 and 5 years old.
• Drive the children to various activities
• Maintain organization and keep the household tidy
• Assist in keeping the family's lives on track and motivated
• Travel with the family to Northern Michigan during the summer
• Is flexible, fun, outgoing, and adventurous
• Works along side the second nanny/housekeeper to provides 7 days a week coverage, especially during parents' travel
• Nurtures and bonds with the children
• Enjoys outdoor activities such as boating, jet skiing, tubing, etc.
• Collaborates with a second nanny/housekeeper
• Works with a sense of adventure and embraces the fast-paced lifestyle

Qualifications:

• Strong sense of adventure and love for outdoor activities
• Flexibility to travel between Southern Florida and Michigan
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, intense environment
• Organized with excellent time management skills
• Ability to keep up with the family's progressive and gregarious nature
• Previous experience working with children and in household management
• Ability to work with another nanny/housekeeper
• Willingness to live in both Florida and Michigan with provided accommodations

Benefits:

• Annual Salary: $55,000
• 401k with immediate company match
• Health insurance
• On average scheduled less than 30 hours a week
• Housing provided in both locations (Condo in FL, live-in accommodations in Michigan)
• Paid through the client's company as a W2 employee
• Biweekly pay schedule
• 3 sick days, paid holidays, and 5 vacation days per 6 months worked

Requested Duration: 2-3 years

Position Compensation

• Salary: $55K annually Benefits
