A loving, private family is looking to hire a friendly, kind, Nanny/Household Manager to join their home in Bryn Mawr, PA.

The Ideal Candidate: This close-knit family is looking for a warm, affectionate, and outgoing Nanny to provide loving care to their two sweet boys, ages 3 and 5 years old, and to help with household duties. Both boys are in school for part of the day - the older boy from 8:00 am - 2:30 pm and the younger boy from 8:30 am-Noon. During a typical week, the hours that work best for the family are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (Monday-Friday). The Nanny/Household Manager will offer support during the day, using the time before school to support the family with, as dad called it "the crazy mornings" - helping get the boys ready for school, assisting with breakfast and preparing lunches, as needed. Mom will typically drop the kids off at their respective schools but the nanny may be asked on occasion to take one of the boys if needed. During the day while the kids are in school, and before pick-up, you will assist with household-related tasks such as helping with the general upkeep of the home (tidying, light housekeeping, cleaning the kid's toys, organizational projects, etc), laundry, basic errands, grocery shopping, preparing kid's meals/cooking, scheduling contractors or any household vendors, as needed, etc. The nanny will be asked to handle pick up of the boys from school and will have time in the afternoon to be with the 3-year-old until the older boy needs to be picked up. Afternoons will be spent with boys and handling any dinner prep, etc. Dad runs a business from home and Mom is typically in & out during the day so the Nanny must be comfortable having parents that are home but will not necessarily be around all the time. Must-have: Candidate must be willing to stay late for date nights. and be open to occasionally staying overnight or for a weekend if mom & dad want to go out of town. This won't be frequent but they definitely want someone who will stay with the boys.
