Household Staffing is Hiring a Family Assistant Near Bryn Mawr, PA
Dad works full-time outside the home and Mom works full-time also from her home office. They have 3 children in the home with the youngest being 8 years old.
The ideal fit for this role will be someone with experience in family assisting and household management. The family is looking for a serious, yet pleasant person who comes motivated each day with ideas and enthusiasm to help make the family the best they can be. Enjoying cooking and doing meal prep would be a bonus!
The schedule will be..... Flexibility will be key here. You must drive and have a valid drivers license. The family is offering a competitive hourly compensation for the right person with excellent experience. Vacation time & holidays off.
Work hours/days: Monday - Friday...8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm.
Responsibilities
- Shared housekeeping duties with the weekly deep cleaner for the 9,000 sq foot home
- Daily grocery shopping/errands
- Packing and unpacking for family travel
- Family laundry
- Seasonal rotation of closets
- Home organization
- Household projects
- Maintaining the household inventory of supplies and replenishing
- Maintaining and keeping track of refrigerator items / inventory and replenishing
- Assist with the 2 dogs
- Ability to work later
- Ability to work independently
- Must have personal initiative and see things that need to be done in the home
- Must be able to manage their own schedule
- Must be motivated
- High energy level
- Experience/ability to cook
- Flexible schedule
- Valid drivers license
- Recent verifiable references
- Strong English speaker
- Must have previous experience working inside a busy family home
$35 - $40/hour
