Private family looking hire family persona assistant in Pennsburg, PA. They are looking for a family personal assistant to keep the household clean and organized, run errands, handle chores, prep meals, and receive contractors. Occasionally they need some projects tackled, like pulling the Christmas decorations out of storage. They have three children (ages 8,14,16) with after school activities and need some help with pickup and/or drop-off a few days per week. The candidate may also need to run some small business errands (such as mail drop off).
Ideal candidate possesses the following well-developed skillsets: organizational, time management, scheduling, meal planning and preparation, clean driving record, as you will be transporting our children. Some professional childcare or teaching experience is preferred. Previous experience as a personal assistant or an executive assistant may be helpful. Enjoying a little gardening or outdoor time is a plus, but not a requirement.

Aside from the specific tasks above, we need a problem solver who will be proactive and focus on helping the household run smoothly, so that during the work day we can focus on our jobs, and after work and on weekends we can focus on quality time with our family. We have household pets and farm animals(cats, dogs, chickens, goats and sheep), so candidates should be comfortable being around animals.
