We are seeking a Personal and Household Assistant for a family in the entertainment business located in The Upper East Side. This position requires 24/7 availability, as the assistant will be on call at all times. The ideal candidate must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel overseas and between the family's properties.

• No Fraternization: Remain professional towards fellow household staff and maintain a professional report
• Discretion: The family values their privacy and you will be required to sign an NDA
• Schedule veterinarian appointments for the families dogs 
• Flexibility: The candidate should be flexible with their schedule and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Honesty: The candidate must display honesty and integrity in all aspects of their work.
• Trustworthiness: The candidate should be trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Respect boundaries: The candidate must understand and respect that they are working in someone else's home and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Clear understanding of resources: The candidate should have a clear understanding that the family's resources are private and should not be used for personal gain.
• Positive attitude: The candidate should be positive and upbeat, creating a pleasant and productive work environment.
• Ability to handle criticism: The candidate should be able to receive criticism in a constructive manner and use it to improve performance.

Schedule: 

Typically ranges between 5-7 days a week often spending weekends at families properties overnight
