Private family with multiple residences is in search of an experienced Estate Manager/PA to be the right hand to the Mrs. Ideally looking for someone based in the Philadelphia area, who would work from an office in KoP and also remotely. The families main home is located in Gladwyne, PA where they are about a hear out from a remodel. They are also two years out of a large construction project for a new home in Southampton, NY. Their other homes are in NYC and Palm Beach.
This person would act a hybrid role of a PA/Estate Manager - basically a "right hand" to the Mrs. They would be able to meet with contractors and resolve issues and oversee property operations. They would be able to work with the Mrs. on property maintenance standards and follow through on delivery of these standards. They need to have eye for detail to insure properties are maintained at very high level. They can assist in the hiring of staff when necessary.
