We are seeking a motivated individual with an interest in joining our Data Analytics team as a Summer Data Analytics Intern. This internship position will provide you with the opportunity to learn hands-on the various uses of data systems as it pertains to construction. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Dive into the aspects of data analytics: data visualization, data analysis, data administration, and data governance. 

· Help acquire, analyze, and prepare data. 

· Explore the value and importance of data analytics as it pertains to commercial construction.

· Assist in identifying new ways to maximize data usage and help develop new strategies to improve performance. 

· Support data research efforts, user access management, and development of data visualization. 

· Help to prepare and maintain documentation (SOP development, job aids, SDLC). 

· Support creation and maintenance of dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Pursuing an undergraduate degree or graduate degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or like discipline. 

· Desired skills: SQL, Python, Java, and/or JavaScript

· Must demonstrate genuine interest in the data industry. 

· Fosters a strong desire to learn and welcomes new challenges. 

· Able to work approximately 40 hours per week for a summer internship. 

· Process strong verbal and written communication skills. 

· Able to work independently, but also values teamwork and collaboration. 

· Approach every responsibility and interaction with a high level of integrity, fairness, care, and concern. 

· Lead forward by seeing challenges as a way to create new possibilities and solutions. 

· Consistently deliver beyond expectations to provide exceptional results.
