WHAT YOU'LL DO: To maximize hotel revenue by analyzing data, developing and implementing effective revenue management programs and strategies.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Develops and implements business strategies for the Revenue and Reservations department
- Analyzing and reviewing weekly/monthly STR Report results, understanding gains or losses of RevPAR Index and applying this knowledge to impact and predict future results
- Prepares and distributes weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Assisting in the development and execution of a business plan and the annual operating budget for the hotel
Qualifications
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience as Director of Revenue Management for a high volume, full service hotel
- Must be able to guide, direct, and deploy rooms revenue strategies
- Strong knowledge and relationships with third party distribution channels
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; i.e., Word, Excel, and Power Point
BONUS POINTS
- College degree (BS/BA)
- Recent San Francisco market experience
- Previous experience working with OPERA, Ideas, and Synxis
SALARY
$120,000 - $130,000 per annual
