We are currently seeking a

Front Desk Agent


Front Desk Agent Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and registering guests in a friendly manner.
  • Assist in taking reservations, pre-registrations, and room blocking.
  • Assisting large groups upon arrival.
  • Be familiar with the local area, helping guests find dining, shopping and other "hidden gems" nearby.
  • Being the first to handle and resolve guest issues, and working to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
  • Processing payments according to procedures including authorization of all credit cards.
  • Ensuring all cash, checks, and credit cards balance at the end of each shift.
  • Professionally and politely answer questions and cater to any guests needs.
  • Communicates internally with other departments when necessary to resolve a guest concern or request.


The Successful Front Desk Agent Candidate:

  • Outgoing and friendly demeanor, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Hotel Front Desk experience preferred
  • Knowledge of reservation system
  • Ability to communicate effectively through spoken and written means.
  • Windows knowledge.
  • Positive, upbeat demeanor and team-minded.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time.
  • Able to lift 20lb on occasion.
  • High school Diploma or equivalent
