A Supervisor Engineer with Curio Brand by Hilton is responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability as well as representing Property Operations to hotel guests and team members including handling guest complaints and responding to any emergency conditions and monitoring staff.

Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects. Ensure proper completion and timeliness of work orders to enable prompt input of data. Scheduling and distributing the work load among the Engineering staff. Monitoring the productivity of the Engineering staff.

What will I be doing?As an Engineer Supervisor, you would be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facility in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability as well as representing Property Operations to hotel guests and team members including handling guest complaints and responding to any emergency conditions and monitoring staff. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Utilization of the Engineering system, to include inputting data into the system.
• Ensuring the data turned in by the Engineering staff is accurate and complete enabling the system to properly track labor and expense.
•  Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to project requirements.
• Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project such as technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, and product testing.
• Reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, and customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
• Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
• Monitor expenditures within limitations of project budget.
• Prepares interim and completion project reports.
• Ability to read blueprints.
