Panhandle Palliative Services is a growing Palliative Care program and are looking for a second Nurse Practitioner.
General Statement of Duties: Responsible for providing patient visits in their home or residence in Berkeley and Jefferson Counties for palliative care patients both new and established and for coordinating the recommendations for care.
Level of Responsibility: Reports to the Clinical Director with medical supervision by the Medical Director.
