Position: Information Technology Project Manager
Team: Central
Reports to: Executive Director of Ministry Services
Status: Exempt 40 hours/week
The Information Technology (IT) Project Manager manages and oversees the organization’s computer infrastructure, vendor relations, assigned projects and daily IT responsibilities.

Requirements

• Responsible for managing resources and processes required to design, plan, and support all information products and services for Hosanna.
• Develop and manage outsourced and vendor strategy and maximizes partnerships to increase stability and reduce costs.
• Responsible for managing the vendor relations who are managing the software platforms used, including antivirus, backup and storage solutions.
• Ensure Hosanna’s vendors are providing the necessary technical support to the staff.
• Prepare, maintain and keep current IT procedures, data access protocols, data security and storage infrastructure, backups, and documentation related to our processes and platforms operations.
• Ensure optimization and long-term maintenance of technology environments with the contractors.
• Direct strategic analysis of projects and technology opportunities for feasibility, impact, cost, and benefit. 
• Develop security prevention and disaster recovery strategies in conjunction with the vendors. 
• In collaboration with leadership, develop and adherence to the IT budget, managing infrastructure costs while maintaining good stewardship for the organization.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education/Experience 

• Bachelor’s Degree - required 
• 3 years experience in IT management, project management and vendor relations - required 

Competencies

• Strong project management aptitude and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of data collection, analysis and best reporting practices.
• Ability to elicit cooperation and collaboration from a wide variety of sources, including Hosanna’s leadership and staff.
• Must be extremely detail oriented, organized and be able to multi-task multiple projects & assignments.
• Proven track record of delivering quality work on time.
• Proven results oriented experience with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in support and unity.
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.. 
• Ability to collaborate well in cross-functional teams and projects across the organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills in working with different personalities and leadership styles.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

• Schedule will include working evening, weekend, and extended hours as required to support the ministry needs, including Christmas Eve and Easter. 
• Extensive standing, walking and sitting for extended periods of time. 
• Repetitive keyboard and mouse movements requirements. 
• May require lifting up to 25 lbs.
