HORIZON RESOURCES is Hiring an Office Administrative Assistant Near Williston, ND

Office Administrative Assistant - Part Time

Come join our team at Horizon Resources, a local cooperative since 1929.

Pay is DOE.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Answer Phone calls

- Greet and assist Walk-In Customers with Orders and Payments

- Assist Office Manager with tasks as needed

- Gather Driver paperwork and enter data into spreadsheets

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Experience in the Agriculture, Coop, and/or oilfield industry preferred.

- Highly organized with document management.

- Detail Oriented

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Team player

- Good time-management skills

- Great communication and advisory skills

- Self-starter

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug, and alcohol test.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
