Horizon Health is seeking an Intake Coordination Manager to work on the inpatient 20-bed adult psychiatric unit in the Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, IN—close to the IL state line. This is a full-time position with benefits; this position in on-site and not remote.

The Intake Manager, will coordinate the Intake process for the inpatient psychiatric program; and in conjunction with the Director of Behavioral Health, will coordinate the referral development and pre-admission patient assessment process, and provide clinical assessments for potential clients.

Requirements:
Requires Registered Nurse with a minimum of a BSN, or Master’s prepared Social Worker or Counselor (Licensed MSW or Counselor preferred). Must have at least two years’ experience in admissions, intake or marketing social services; preferably behavioral health/psychiatry.
