Horizon Health Care is Hiring a Site Coordinator Near Yankton, SD
Yankton Community Health Center in Yankton, SD is seeking a fulltime Site Coordinator. The Site Coordinator will serve as a leader within the clinic setting to assist with the day to day items as directed by the Regional Manager. Successful candidates for the Site Coordinator should be passionate about providing high-quality, patient centered care. Horizon Health Care offers a team-oriented work environment focused on meeting the needs of individual patients while supporting and contributing to the health and wellness of our communities.
*The Site Coordinator is not a supervisory position.
