Description

We are looking for a Caretaker for Harmony at Grandview Commons apartments in Madison. This role is vital in the upkeep and overall presentation of the property. This position is part time about 20 hours week. 

Responsibilities:

Provide housekeeping services for all common areas, including community rooms, public restrooms, and laundry rooms.

For unit turnovers, clean, make minor repairs, touch-up paint, and prepare vacated apartments for new residents. 

Light Maintenance, including but not limited to replacing light bulbs, filters, , unplugging toilets and resetting garbage disposals when the Service Technician is not at the property.

Clean garage each spring and fall and perform seasonal housekeeping

Summer- remove weeds from around building and front entrances

Emergency calls after regular business hours

Remove snow from front entry and exits, as needed

Report any items or situations needing immediate attention to Manager or maintenance staff.

Keep parking lots and grounds clean and free of debris.
