Description
Position Title: Clinical Director
Supervisor: Executive Director
FLSA Status: Exempt
Employment Status: Full-time
Salary Range: $65-70K

The Clinical Director is responsible for the overall management of HopeWorks’ Clinical Department. This department utilizes trauma informed approaches to support survivors of intimate partner violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking. Services include individual, group, and child therapy. The Clinical Director also serves on the agency’s management team. The successful candidate for this position has a demonstrated understanding of trauma and a comprehensive understanding of the evidence-based clinical modalities to treat victims of trauma. The candidate should also understand the root causes of sexual and intimate partner violence, including racism and poverty, and is invested in altering the systems and imbalances of power that maintain the status quo. A special emphasis of the position will be on supervising the clinical program as a larger part of the HopeWorks' team, providing vision and leadership to ensure quality service provision, staff support and interdepartmental coordination of services to adult and child clients.
