Hope Center Ministries - Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is part of the Central Support finance team. This specialist is primarily responsible for managing the income of Hope Center Ministries (HCM) through means of donations, Vocational Training, fundraising, and resident admissions fees. Even more importantly, this role is part of a resident’s journey to and through recovery. We are a rapidly growing discipleship recovery program with 34 centers across the U.S. and just under 900 residents in the program, and we won’t stop there!HCM exists to lead addicts and their families to become fully devoted followers of Christ.As a result, we are a witness to the restoration of lives, families, and communities, all because of Jesus!

What You’ll Do

• Enter and manage HCM income through donations, payments, fundraisers, and admission [client] fees
• Manage donor system and enhancements
• Manage donor recognition and engagements
• Internal audits, checks, and balances
• Track and report relevant information
• Bank reconciling
• Train and equip current and future center directors in the areas of deposits, systems, and fundraising guidelines as it pertains to accounting practices
• Other duties as assigned
• Attend and contribute to monthly team meetings
• Bring new ideas to the table
• Devote time for spiritual, mental, physical development and well-being
• Attend periodic courses, workshops, and webinars
