We are currently looking for a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask while being detailed oriented.

Position/Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk

Department: Accounting

Exemption Status: Non-Exempt

Scheduled Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm (flexible 40 hours per week)

Supervisory Responsibilities:None

Position Summary: Ability to perform and back up multiple financial, clerical, and administrativeservices to support HCS accounting functions.

Responsibilities/Duties:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. 1. Prepare and submit invoices for the following departments: service, hoist repairs, radio repairs, and inspections.

2. Maintain customer account information.

3. Process credit card payments and customer refunds.

4. Post payments received and make bank deposits.

5. Research and resolve payment discrepancies and queries

6. Process customer credit applications.

7. Enter ACH deposits from customers in Net Suite.

8. Communicate with customers via phone, e-mail, or fax.

9. Assist Admin Assistant in answering phones.

10. Assist Inside Sales and Parts, as needed

11. Report to work as scheduled

12. Other duties as assigned

Abilities and Skills:

· Have excellent verbal and written communication skills set.

· Able to work in a team environment and have high self-motivation.

· Must be detail oriented.

Background/Experience:

· Experience working withMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint)

· Experience working in an accounting environment for at least 3 years.
