Hood Industries, Inc. is Hiring a Forklift Driver (Sign on Bonus) Near Ayer, MA
Wholesale lumber distributor is looking for a Forklift Operator / Material Handler for our warehouse in the Ayer/Littleton area.
Monday – Friday position
Warehouse and outdoor work year round
Areas of responsibility would include but not limited to:
- 2 years forklift experience handling material up to 24’
- Load and unload flatbed trailers
- Yard and warehouse housekeeping
- Identify and pull material for orders
- Receiving and inventory cycle counting
Sign-On Bonus Program:
Hood Distribution will pay up to a $2,000.00 sign-on bonus to a new employee that successfully completes the designated employment milestones. All payouts are grossed up and subject to taxation.
- 90-day probationary period - $1,000.00
- 6-month anniversary - $500.00
- 1-year anniversary - $500.00
