During our summer internship you will lead impactful initiatives designed around our HR priorities, own defined projects end-to-end, make significant contributions, and be afforded the opportunity to present results to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and advance teamwork and continuous process improvements to achieve business unit's objectives and goals
• Take a leadership role in organizational design, transformation, and change management
• Lead efforts to drive and increase in diversity and inclusive through various projects and initiatives
• Build relationships cross-functionally
• Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong interactive partnerships with client groups.
• Drive and provide data driven insights and actions to improve organizational effectiveness
• Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent
• Drive continuous improvement and effects change in a premiere HR organization
• Resolves moderately complex issues related to the development and implementation of HR processes, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations

YOU MUST HAVE

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree at an accredited college or university in Human Resources or Labor & Employee Relations degree
• Anticipated Graduation Date between December 2023 and August 2024 and ready to start full-time work between Jan 2024-August 2024.
• Applicants for employment for this position must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Honeywell. Due to contractual obligations some roles may require US Citizenship.
