If so, then the Help Desk Specialist position is for you! In this role, you will be part of a team providing daily support to our home office and field staff. As a Help Desk team member you will track, record and resolve issues related to systems software and hardware, working with IT Operations on escalated issues. You will provide a high attention to detail, prioritization and service to your customers.

Requirements for the position include:
- High School diploma or equivalent required. Education in a job-related field such as computer science supplemented by courses in communication, human relations and current computer technology preferred.
- Two or more years’ experience in information services or a related professional field.
- Previous experience with the latest MS Operations Systems and MS Office applications is required.
- Excellent customer service phone skills with the ability to effectively work under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose problems and provide solutions to those problems.
- Must exhibit drive and desire to solve technical problems quickly and accurately.
- Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and flexible.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
