Part Time - 2 days per week -3:00 - 11:00 PM Must be available every other weekend. Additional Hours possible.

$12.50 / hr

Under direction of Facilities Supervisor, performs varied, simple, routine and moderately physically strenuous tasks involved in the cleaning and maintenance of buildings and grounds; may assist in making minor repairs to building or equipment; ; does other related duties as required

• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and responding to building alarms
• Service, clean, or supply restrooms.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors.
• Lifts and moves supplies, furniture and/or equipment.
• Loads and unloads trucks - May drive trucks.
• Delivers clean linen, removes soiled linen.
• Cuts grass, trims hedges, cleans up underbrush, foliage, vines, and weeds
• Shovels snow; may plow parking areas.
• May make routine repairs to valves, fittings, pipe sections or other equipment used in the area of assignment.

**Must be available alternate weekends. $12.50/hr**
