Responsibilities/Qualifications

Homestead is are looking to expand our team with a Marketing Assistant. This role will be assisting our in-house team implementing marketing & branding strategies. Our ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, independent thinker, who is a team player. The marketing coordinator should be a self-starter, and stellar communicator (virtual & in-person) who has experience in the following:

Skill set required:

• Email marketing
• Database management
• Social media support

• Online design and ordering (fliers/business cards)
• Routing design proofs for approvals/changes
• Reviews/reputation management support
• Executing rebranding tactics
• Website assessments
• Coordinating/scheduling meetings
• Compiling reports
• Maintain roster of communities & contacts
• Experience interfacing with vendors & partners
• Organize and maintain inventory of marketing supplies

• Working in the corporate office in Northville, occasionally working remotely
