The Talent Acquisition Specialist for HomeSmart is responsible for attracting, screening, recruiting and onboarding candidates for open positions within our Family of Companies. This position works closely with managers to find the best candidate for their position. Another facet of this position is to see the new employees through their onboarding experience and making sure they are set up for success in their new position.
