As a Recruiting Team Leader (Senior Recruiter) at Homes for Independent Living, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a small team of recruiters through full life-cycle recruiting. We will rely on you to develop sourcing strategies, interview and identify top candidates, manage the hiring process, initiate the on-boarding process and use analytical data to drive change. This position will be based in our southern regions with travel to multiple locations as needed. There is also Hybrid availablitiy once training is complete.
